Shipping policy

We package and ship all of our products from either our headquarters or directly from our manufacturer.

Our headquarters is based in New York, but if we are running low on stock we may ship our device directly from our manufacturer overseas to minimise shipping times and costs. This will be at no extra cost to the customer.

Dispatch: All orders are packaged and dispatched within 1-3 business days, you will receive a tracking number via your email once your order has been dispatched.

*During sales periods dispatch times may increase to 2-5 business days.

US Shipping: All US orders are shipped FREE of charge. Shipping takes between 5 - 10 business days to arrive.

UK Shipping: All UK orders are shipped FREE of charge. Shipping takes between 4 - 9 business days to arrive.

Australia Shipping: All Australian orders are shipped FREE of charge. Shipping takes between 5 - 10 business days to arrive.

All other International orders have a flat fee of $20, and shipping takes between 5-14 days, depending on location and customs with our device. *Any customs/duties fees will need to be covered by the customer.
